Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

EquityPOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
